I recently built three ARs, using the YHM 16", chrome-lined barrel, but with 1/7 twist. These are excellent barrels. The fit and finish are beautiful, and the accuracy is unexpectedly good. I'd have to believe that the 1/9 barrels, using bullet weights under 75gr-or-so, would be as accurate as my experiences with the 1/7 barrels. I recommend these barrels highly. Will probably be ordering a couple of the 1/9 barrels in the near future.
